Slagsting — the corrupted Shapeshifter Beast

Once loyal hunting hounds of the Watchers upon Oldavor's border, these unfortunate creatures met their doom in the ravenous maw of a rabid shapeshifter. Now transformed into grotesque amalgamations of flesh and bone, they have become instruments of the very evil that devoured them, their forms twisted into nightmarish parodies of their former selves.

Without the cunning hivemind to guide them, these shapeshifter beasts roam as rabid monsters, driven by insatiable hunger. Yet those with psionic gifts might still bend these creatures to their will, transforming mindless savagery into calculated predation that threatens any who dare cross the cursed borderlands.
