At Ironshield Miniatures, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations work for orders placed in our store.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

After 24 hours from the time the order was placed, cancellations may no longer be possible because orders may already be processed, prepared, or sent to production.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may use our Return Policy after receiving the package.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
