Lydia Celestial Archangel Paladin Knight

Even though the headline is about a specific mini I want to make a general review about the shop.
At first I was curious because of the AI-slob pictures but my mind got changed after my order!
The minis are great quality and look wise! They arrive safely packed in a small box with extra stickers which is nice to have.
I ordered for Black Friday and they had a great discount on all awesome minis in their store. The downside of Black Friday was the shipping time... as far as I understand is Ironshield printing all their minis on the spot after you order so it will take them a few days till they ship.
So in my case it took several weeks till shipping but I was contacting their support and the people where so nice and helpful and even changed my shipping address for the holidays. They answered within 24 hours and even wrote an apology mail for the delays. When my minis finally arrived is was stunned about the quality but it was obvious that they were in a rush. Print support lines are left in some spots but this is okay since I want to do something myself.
Sadly one mini was broken and others were missing but after contacting support again they immediately answered and offered me to send them to me.

To summ up:
Very nice support
Very good quality
Awesome designs
Shipping takes time (the quality makes up for that)

I will definitely order again!!!
