Overall Hydra is fantastic. There is only one thing. The tail is very prone to breaking.

It arrived broken, the gift mini also arrived broken, but they are great models. I would say invest in the same packing that East fork pottery in Asheville uses to house your minis so they are not broken on arrival. We can't all predict what shipping companies are going to do, but it probably would have saved these models. I have repaired them of course because I've been playing with minis for a long time.

All the miniatures arrived within the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, one of them had some minor damage, presumably due to shipping. It’s nothing major, though, considering the great quality and detail of the miniatures. I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the product itself. I will definitely buy from you again!

The prints are perfect, they have been printed nicely. The wait was a little long, but it was over the Christmas time, so I feel it was fine overall

Even though the headline is about a specific mini I want to make a general review about the shop.
At first I was curious because of the AI-slob pictures but my mind got changed after my order!
The minis are great quality and look wise! They arrive safely packed in a small box with extra stickers which is nice to have.
I ordered for Black Friday and they had a great discount on all awesome minis in their store. The downside of Black Friday was the shipping time... as far as I understand is Ironshield printing all their minis on the spot after you order so it will take them a few days till they ship.
So in my case it took several weeks till shipping but I was contacting their support and the people where so nice and helpful and even changed my shipping address for the holidays. They answered within 24 hours and even wrote an apology mail for the delays. When my minis finally arrived is was stunned about the quality but it was obvious that they were in a rush. Print support lines are left in some spots but this is okay since I want to do something myself.
Sadly one mini was broken and others were missing but after contacting support again they immediately answered and offered me to send them to me.
